ArchiCAD Tip: More Furniture Objects

As we investigated our previous tip (Ceiling Editor) we came across a listing of furniture manufacturers, who had developed GDL objects of the own products.

To help improve your own library, we have gathered a collection of those objects from 16 suppliers, and have added them to a single zip file which can be downloaded here.
NOTE: This zip file is approx. 100MB, which then extracts to 250MB.

We suggest you unzip the file and add the 16 different folders to your ArchiCAD Common Library,(for more info on this concept, please see our previous tip)
If you have not included an ArchiCAD Common Library workflow in your office, we suggest you look into this previous tip first, and then come back to this tip.

The list below gives the manufacturers and their respective webpages.

NOTE: In saving you the time of individually downloading/unzipping/organising the objects from their source websites, we have renamed some content (to ease folder management issues).

You may notice that the majority of content is from continental Europe and Scandinavia, as those areas are the most popular areas for ArchiCAD use - where ArchiCAD object creation is almost second-nature, due to the high coverage of ArchiCAD across architectural practices in those areas.
